If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this shop has been an absolute nightmare, both psychologically exhausting and a massive waste of time. I would have been better off driving my 2025 Toyota Camry in its wrecked condition than dealing with their incompetence. I dropped off my car (with only around 30k miles) on April 29, 2026, for repairs to the hood, fender, bumper, driverβs side door, and rocker panel. Two weeks later, they called and said the car was ready. It was a complete joke. When I arrived, the door wasn't aligned properlyβit was rubbing and damaging the paint when opening and closing. There was a massive wind noise because the inner silicone seals and outer weatherstripping weren't seated. Worst of all, the rocker panel was cracked with a gap between the door and the panel, looking like it had been broken and poorly glued together. When I pointed this out, an employee dismissively told me, βBro, come on,β acting like I was exaggerating. He then claimed the insurance company told them the rocker panel was "pre-existing damage" and wouldn't cover it. I knew this was a lie. I asked them to send me the intake photos they took when I dropped the car off. Sh

Many months back I had a minor(ish) hit and skip (hit and run) in my work parking lot. Insurance aside this location was very easy to deal with. The positive - They provided me with preliminary quotes, prior to adjuster approval, and provided over the phone updates. Not only this, but the turnaround from parts arrival to install to paint had to be less than 5 days. Considering aftermarket parts were used, and a complete bumper replacement/paint matchβ¦ they did a great job. The negative - Depending on the person this may be more of an issue than it was for meβ¦ After receiving the vehicle, a short drive home, I noticed a clunk/clanging noise from the front of the car. Almost as if βempty paint cansβ were dangling by a string in the engine bay (lol). I took my car to my shop took the belly pan off to find a bracket left free, which was hanging by two wires (not really sure what sensor or component it was). In any case it was not a suspension component, engine, or otherwise safety critical assembly and only took about 15-20 mins to fixβ¦ but then I drove home and heard it again, turns out they forgot the other side as wellβ¦ fixed that one my driveway ;) In any case, I belief this to
